Hacienda Business Park

At 875 acres, Hacienda is the largest development of its kind in Northern California with over 10 million square feet of existing, mixed-use space occupied by some 475 companies that locally employ 18,000 people. Hacienda can provide the home to everything from small offices to regional centers to large campuses for company headquarters. Hacienda also features homes to some 3,500 residents, offering a full spectrum of choices from stylish rental units to single family detached homes.

Hacienda’s location puts its employers and residents in convenient reach of all major Bay Area commercial, labor, educational, recreational, and cultural centers, thanks to its immediate access to two major Interstate freeways, 580 and 680, giving Hacienda employers unrivaled regional access to workforce, suppliers, and customers. As well, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) is one of the nation’s premier mass transit rail systems and has a station in the park so employers at Hacienda have access to labor pools well beyond the traditional 30 minute automobile commute.

Hacienda’s infrastructure has also been planned and implemented with the needs of a first class community in mind. Hacienda was designed with power, telecommunications, fiber optics, water and sewer connections, and a streets network necessary to support almost any business endeavor.
