Planning Division Forms
The Planning Division has made available online in PDF format a number of forms that you may need for various projects.
If you require a new development permit or require a development review, a single Application Form is used for all projects (supplemental materials may be required).
If you are starting or establishing a business, you will need to visit the Business License Center.

The Current Planning Division is responsible for the processing of all new development applications. The processing of new development applications includes the review of preliminary plans, holding hearings for the public review and comment on the proposals, and overseeing the implementation of the development to ensure that it is constructed in accordance with all City requirements.
Public participation is encouraged in the review of all new development projects within the City. The City strives to maximize participation by holding neighborhood meetings, forming ad hoc citizen committees, and noticing property owners and tenants within 1000 ft. of proposed major developments, rather than the state-required 300 ft. distance.
