Civic Arts offers a variety of fine arts programs for teens and youth. Throughout the year young people can participate in a broad selection of programs ranging from dance, music and various art and cooking classes, performing arts workshops and many classes offered in our nature program.

As part of the Teen and Youth Services program, the City hosts the annual Youth Music Festival at Amador Theater to showcase talented singers and musicians under 18 years old. Auditions for the festival are usually held 6-8 weeks before performances. Budding actors and actresses can also attend the annual 3-week Summer Drama Camp, which ends with public performances at the Amador Theater.
