The Pleasanton Support Services Division is committed to providing high quality physical and custodial maintenance of the public building infrastructure and procurement and high quality maintenance of the City’s vehicle and equipment fleet. These services are provided to both internal customers and the public with efficiency and courtesy. 

The Support Services Division is located at the Operations Service Center and can be contacted at (925) 931-5580 or (925) 931-5582 during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Should an emergency arise after working hours or you are unable to reach us at the Support Services Office please call our duty personnel at (925) 437-4017 (anytime from 5:00 a.m. to 11 p.m.).

Support Services is committed to providing the highest quality of building and vehicle maintenance as well as complete custodial support.

Vehicle Maintenance has 3 full time Fleet Mechanics who are responsible for over 287 pieces of equipment and vehicles, as well as installed generators, compressors, fuel pumps and tanks. Annual mileage of all city vehicles total over 500,000 miles.

Building Maintenance is divided into two organizations with 4 Maintenance and 7 Custodial personnel, and over 307,000 square feet of office space and 86 buildings to maintain.
