Administrative Services
1. Approve regular meeting minutes of January 10, 2012
2. Adopt a resolution implementing the employee contribution towards CalPERS pension plan for Pleasanton Police Officers’ Association
Community Development
3. Accept or appeal actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission
4. Adopt a resolution approving the 10-year Alameda County Transportation Commission Master Program Funding Agreement
5. Adopt a resolution granting maintenance and access easements to Zone 7, and; accepting a grant of easement from Zone 7 for the Stoneridge Drive bridges at the Arroyo Mocho Channel
6. Approve a professional services agreement with S&C Engineers Inc., in the amount of $443,120 for construction inspection and testing services for the Stoneridge Drive bridge project
7. Adopt a resolution initiating proceeding for the formation of Underground Utility District No. 12-01 and setting a date for the public hearing

Public Hearing: P11-0731, Carl Pretzel (Appellant); Robert Baker (Applicant) – Consider an appeal of a Planning Commission decision approving an Administrative Design Review to construct an approximately 74-foot long fence, varying in height from 72 inches to 83 inches between 3647 and 3633 Glacier Court North (Attachment)
13. Consideration regarding participation in the Alameda County Waste Management Authority’s Mandatory Commercial Recycling and Single Use Bag Reduction Programs

There is a 90-day limit for the filing of a challenge in the Superior Court to certain City administrative decisions and orders, which require a hearing by law, the receipt of evidence, and the exercise of discretion. The 90-day limit begins on the date the decision is final (Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6). Further, if you challenge an action taken by the City Council in court, you may be limited, by California law, including but not limited to Government Code §65009, to raising only those issues you or someone else raised in the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council prior to or at the public hearing. The City Council may be requested to reconsider a decision if the request is made prior to the next City Council meeting, regardless of whether it is a regular or special meeting.
