Negotiating parties: County of Alameda
Under negotiation: Price, terms of payment, or both concerning the purchase and acquisition of the Alameda County Transportation Corridor between Bernal Avenue and Stanley Boulevard

5. Reconvene in open session at 6:30 p.m.
