1. Approve regular meeting minutes of March 2, 2010

2. Adopt a resolution in support of the Local Taxpayer, Public Safety and Transportation Protection Act of 2010

3. Accept of appeal actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission

4. Adopt resolution authorizing the filing of an application for federal Jobs for Main Street Act of 2010 for Pavement Rehabilitation of Various City Streets, CIP No. 105024

5. Approve Consultant Contract Amendment No. 1 with Mosaic Associates to provide year two through year five mitigation monitoring and reporting services for the Bernal Avenue Bridge at Arroyo Del Valle – CIP No. 995067

6. Adopt a resolution declaring weeds, dirt, rubbish and refuse upon or in front of certain properties constitute a public nuisance requiring abatement and setting a public hearing regarding abatement.

Operation Services

7. Approve a software license and professional services agreement with Continental Utility Solutions, Inc. (CUSI) for the purchase and installation of a Utility Billing/ Management Software to Replace the Current Billstar System

If necessary to assure completion of the following items, the Mayor may establish time limits for the presentations by individual speakers.

11. Alameda County Congestion Management Agency and Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority status updates on the State of Transportation in the Tri-Valley

12. Status regarding Tri Valley Transportation Council (TVTC) Fee update

13. Authorize the inclusion of a representative from the Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) Board of Directors to be included in the Hacienda PUD Modification Task Force

14. Consider an amendment to the membership of the Affordable Housing Task Force to include one resident from both Kottinger Place and Pleasanton Gardens and a City Council member

15. Adopt a resolution accepting the Mid-Year FY 2009-10 Operating Budget Update and amending the FY 2009-10 Operating Budget

Notice

There is a 90-day limit for the filing of a challenge in the Superior Court to certain City administrative decisions and orders, which require a hearing by law, the receipt of evidence, and the exercise of discretion.  The 90-day limit begins on the date the decision is final (Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6).  Further, if you challenge an action taken by the City Council in court, you may be limited, by California law, including but not limited to Government Code §65009, to raising only those issues you or someone else raised in the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council prior to or at the public hearing.  The City Council may be requested to reconsider a decision if the request is made prior to the next City Council meeting, regardless of whether it is a regular or special meeting.  For information on the next regular or special City Council meeting, please call 925.931.5027 or visit the website at www.ci.pleasanton.ca.us.

 

Accessible Public Meetings
