2. Approve the City Manager’s Amendment of an existing contract with Innovative Claims Solutions, Inc. which provides third-party administration of the Workers’ Compensation Program

3. Accept of appeal actions of the Zoning Administrator

4. Accept public improvements performed by Cal-Bay Construction, Inc., for the Permit Center Remodel project, CIP No. 098037

5. Accept public improvements performed by McGuire and Hester for the Marilyn Murphy Kane Trail project, CIP No. 087032

6. Accept public improvements performed by Gordon N. Ball, Inc. for the Bernal Avenue Bridge and Street Widening from Vineyard Avenue to Del Valley Parkway project Nos. 995067 and 005029, and Del Valle Parkway/Nevada Street Sewer Improvement, CIP No. 902028

7. Approve plans and specifications, review of bids, and award of construction contract to Bay Cities Paving & Grading, Inc., in the amount of $998,249.45 for the Annual Streets Resurfacing project, CIP No. 105003

Adopt resolution authorizing the filing of an application for Federal Surface Transportation Program (STP) and/or Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) funding and committing the necessary non-federal match and stating the assurance to complete the Pavement Rehabilitation of Various City Streets project, CIP No. 105036

12. Approval to award contract to Jill Turman in the amount of $11,400 to purchase bike rack sculptures for the Firehouse Arts Center

13. Approval to award contract to Barbara Lewis, Attention Business Communications in the amount of $25,000 to provide ongoing publicity and marketing services for the Firehouse Arts Center

(Scott Trobbe) – Approve an application to extend the Development Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Pleasanton Gateway for an additional seven years regarding an eight-building office development totaling 745,000 square feet on an approximately 39.22-acre site at 6750 Bernal Avenue

Notice

There is a 90-day limit for the filing of a challenge in the Superior Court to certain City administrative decisions and orders, which require a hearing by law, the receipt of evidence, and the exercise of discretion.  The 90-day limit begins on the date the decision is final (Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6).  Further, if you challenge an action taken by the City Council in court, you may be limited, by California law, including but not limited to Government Code §65009, to raising only those issues you or someone else raised in the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council prior to or at the public hearing.  The City Council may be requested to reconsider a decision if the request is made prior to the next City Council meeting, regardless of whether it is a regular or special meeting.  For information on the next regular or special City Council meeting, please call 925.931.5027 or visit the website at www.ci.pleasanton.ca.us.

 

Accessible Public Meetings
