CARD (Collaborating Agencies Responding to Disaster) is a coalition of community-based organizations serving seniors, people with disabilities, and others with special needs in Alameda County. Their services include disaster response plan training, non-structural hazard mitigation, cost recovery training, First Aid/CPR, training in SEMS (Standardized Emergency Management System), and much more.
