Fire Prevention Bureau files, other than active investigation files, are available for review by the public.

Files may be reviewed in our office between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday. We recommend that you make an appointment, since on occasion no one is available to assist with file reviews. This is particularly true if you wish to review several files. In addition, since files need to reviewed for trade secret information and that information must be removed prior to allowing access to the file, this will allow us to prepare the files prior to your arrival.

Arrangements can be made to obtain copies of files or documents.
