- Select a date and time for your tour two to three weeks in advance. Just to be on the safe side, select an alternate date and time also. We will need to know:
- Name
- Phone number & best time to contact you.
- Name of organization
- How many in your tour (adults and children). We'd like to have 1 adult for every 2 children up to 7 years old, 1 adult for every 4 children up to 14 years old.
- What age group the children are in.
- Any specific information you would like us to talk about (Stop, Drop & Roll, General Home Fire Safety, etc.)
- Contact the Administration office with the information at 925-454-2361. They will route your request to the appropriate Station and Captain who will call you back to confirm the date and time of your tour, if available, or will schedule an alternate date.
- Tour date availability is always subject to emergency calls and scheduled training, so please be patient and flexible.
