Margaret Mary Goulart is the civilian manager of the Records and Communications Bureau.  Ms. Goulart began her career with law enforcement in 1988 as a Community Services Officer with the Hayward Police Department.  She then accepted a job with the Pleasanton Police Department in 1990 as a Dispatcher.  Ms. Goulart rose through the ranks as a trainer and Senior Dispatcher and was promoted to Support Services Manager in 1997.
