To obtain a copy of a crime report and/or crime report photos you must be listed as the victim, an authorized representative of the victim, or someone filing a claim in an accident report. Incident reports are not crime reports and are not releasable without a subpoena.
Copies of police reports must be requested in person at the Pleasanton Police Department. Reports will only be released to eligible parties.

If you are a suspect or an arrested party on a police report, you may only obtain a copy of the report through the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office. You can request a copy of a report in person at the District Attorney’s Office on the second floor of the Pleasanton Superior Court at 5672 Stoneridge Drive.
