  • Fee Assistance General Information

  • The City offers a 20% discount to Pleasanton residents age 65 and above on their water and wastewater bills.  There are no income limits for this program.  To qualify, an applicant must be able to produce proof of residency and age (i.e., valid California Drivers License or California Identification Card), must be listed on the water/wastewater account, and the water or wastewater service must be for the applicant’s primary residence.

  • The Weisner Senior Fund (part of the Weisner Foundation) provides emergency, one-time grants or loans in nominal amounts to adults age 60 and above who are in extreme need of assistance for a variety of purposes.  Applications for this Valley-wide, non-profit emergency fund are available at the Pleasanton Senior Center and the Senior Support Program of the Tri-Valley.  All applications and information are kept confidential.
