The Utility Billing Office is located at 3333 Busch Road. We are open Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm (excluding holidays). You can also call our office at (925) 931-5425.

The Utility Billing Division is responsible for reading all water meters, producing bills, processing payments, Hydrant meter billing, Backflow administration, dog and bike licensing and providing customer account services and water conservation information.  The Division is staffed by five people, and can be reached by calling (925) 931-5425.

• Water Billing, Sewer and Storm Services

As a reminder, utility bills can be paid by mail, at the City drop boxes located at 3333 Busch Road and 200 Old Bernal Avenue, over the phone with a credit card, in person at 3333 Busch Road or by signing up for the City Autopay program. Please review the link above for more details.

To turn water service on or off, call (925) 931-5425 or visit our office at 3333 Busch Road.

Mailed water payments should be addressed to P.O. Box 45805 San Francisco, Ca. 94145-0805. Payments can still be taken at the old location, 200 Old Bernal Avenue. All other non-water payments or mail should be sent to P.O. Box 520 Pleasanton, 94566.  

Please note: due to construction work, all services for 200 Old Bernal will be temporarily moved to 157 Main Street from early March to June.

Bike License

Bikes may be licensed in person or by mail for a fee of $3.00 at 3333 Busch Road or 200 Old Bernal (925-931-5425). Click here for the application.

Dog License

Dog Licenses can be handled in person at 3333 Busch Road or 200 Old Bernal Avenue or can be mailed to The City of Pleasanton Dog Licensing, P.O. Box 520, Pleasanton 94566.
