The Operations Services Department is located at 3333 Busch Road in Pleasanton and can be reached at (925) 931-5500.  Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding holidays.

The Operations Services Department (OSD) is comprised of approximately 100 employees who are responsible for maintaining the City's infrastructure.  The OSD manages the following divisions:

• Utility (Water & Sewer) Billing

The Administration office handles all administrative functions to support the various divisions within the Operations Services Department.
